You should have completed 18 years of age and be competent to enter into a contract under Indian contract law. If You are under 18 years of age who is intending to avail the services You should do so through Your legal guardian in accordance with applicable law. 

greengush.com reserves the right to refuse access to use the services offered to new users or to terminate access granted to existing users at any time without any reasons for doing so.

AVAILABILITY

greengush.com is based in Chandigarh and currently delivers goods in Chandigarh,Panchkula, Mohali, Zirakpur, and nearby areas, and we only deliver goods to addresses close to the participating stores. The greengush.com webpage will show products in the area where our service is available. The availability hours may vary and are subject to change and may differ from the availability hours for standard grocery home shopping. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. We will inform you about that product or order that is unavailable and then you can either buy another product of the same value or you can get refund as per your choice. 

To ensure that we can fulfill your order, there is a maximum weight and volume limit. Should your basket exceed these limits, you will be required to remove items until the basket is within the limits before you can complete the order. If an item you have selected is unavailable, greengush.com will not provide substitute items.

PAYMENT POLICY

You agree to pay the full amount payable for the product as indicated during the order process, including any shipping costs or charges including taxes incurred with that order All payments shall be collected through secured payment options. We accept all prepaid payment options such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and so on.

All payments for purchases made by You on the website shall only be in Indian Rupees. In case of a prepaid transaction, after payment for the order has been successfully received by greengush.com, You will be sent a notification by email or SMS at the email address or mobile number confirming receipt of payment. 

There may be limits to the amount of Cash on Delivery payments based on where the delivery is to be made. Greengush.com reserves the right to withdraw or block or limit Your purchases using Cash on Delivery basis transaction history.

PRICING POLICY 

All the products listed on the Website will be sold at Indian Rupees either at Maximum Retail Price (MRP) (inclusive of all taxes) or at an Offer/discounted price (inclusive of all taxes), unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. 

The prices of most of the products do fluctuate on a periodical basis. Prices prevailing at the time of delivery is the final pricing and additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. 

In case You get billed erroneously at a price higher than MRP printed on the product pack, please reach our customer care to refund the difference as per the company policy.
